Indenture tripartite made between (1) Dame Jane Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, widow; (2) Sir Brocas Gardiner of the Inner Temple, London, baronet, son and heir apparent of Dame Jane, and (3) Barnard Gardiner, fellow of All Souls College, University of Oxford, gent., being a release by (1) to (2) of the manor of Northfareham otherwise Rochcourt, Hampshire, Sir Brocas Gardiner to pay Dame Jane £95 per annum for life from the issues of the manor, and to pay Barnard Gardiner £25 per annum for life, during the life of Dame Jane and Jane Thorner of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, widow and grandmother of Barnard Gardiner, if they live so long (endorsed with two memoranda: 1. Agreement between the parties to contribute to costs at law incurred by Sir Brocas Gardiner regarding recovery of rent and maintenance of the manor; 2. Agreement dated 7 June 1693 made between Sir Brocas Gardiner and David Moris of Lambeth, Surrey, to whom Dame Jane was then married, that Sir Brocas Gardiner would pay all taxes assessed on the £95 payable to Dame Jane under the Act of Parliament for granting to their Majesties an Aide of 4s in the pound for one year for Carrying on a Vigorous War against France [granted 20 March 1693 or later] or any other Act hereafter, signed and sealed by David Moris and Jane Gardiner. .

Articles of agreement between Thomas Legh of Ridge, Cheshire, esq., and Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roach Court, Hampshire, baronet, reciting a deed of [27] January 1657, being a mortgage for 2000 years of lands in North Fareham, Hampshire, parcel of the manor of Roche Court, to Simon Bennett, with the residue of the term assigned to Francis Gregg deceased, the legal title now descended to Thomas Legh, the property now to be assigned to Sir Brocas Gardiner.

Indenture made between (1) Thomas Legh of Ridge Hall in Sutton, Cheshire, esq., and Susannah his wife, the only sister and heir of William Gregg late of Alkeston, Derbyshire, gent., and John Calvert of Beely, Derbyshire, gent., and (2) Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, baronet, reciting articles of agreement date 22 February 1692, being a confirmation by (1) to (2) of possession of a coppice in the parish of Fareham, Hampshire, assigned to (2) by a bargain and sale dated 21 February 1693 by (1) to (2) (endorsed: Release Legh & ux[or] & Gardiner). .

Indenture made between (1) Hugh Chamberlaine of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, doctor in Physick, and (2) Sir Brocas Gardiner of Rochcourt, Hampshire, baronet, reciting a deed of 6 December 1666 made between Francis Gregg and Elizabeth Walden, being a bargain and sale for 99 years of lands in North Fareham, Hampshire, parcel of the manor of Roche Court, Hampshire, from which a dispute arose between Hugh Chamberlaine and Sir Brocas Walden after the death of Elizabeth Walden, being an agreement that Sir Brocas Gardiner should have possession of the property (endorsed: Indenture of Covenante and Agreement between Sir Brocas Gardiner and Doctor Chamberlaine Martii 18o 1695 [/6], although the document is dated in the 8th regnal year of William III, perhaps in error for the 9th regnal year, 1697).

Indenture made between (1) Hugh Chamberlen of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, doctor in Physick, Thomas Bromfeild of the Inner Temple, London, gent., and Christopher Davenport of New Inne, Middlesex, gent., and (2) Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, baronet, and Robert Southam of London, gent., reciting several deeds including a bargain and sale for 85 years dated 25 October 1678 to Thomas Singleton of a messuage in North Fareham, and lands [details given], parcel of the manor of Roche Court, Hampshire, being an assignment of terms by Christopher Davenport by direction of the other parties in (1) and at the nomination of Sir Brocas Gardiner, to Robert Southam of the property (dated 20 June 1698 in the tenth regnal year of William III, which is perhaps in error for the eleventh year, 1699).
