Indenture tripartite made between (1) Thomas Legh of Ridge, Cheshire, esq., and Susanna his wife, only daughter of Francis Gregg of Ilkeston, Derbyshire, gent., deceased, and sister and sole administratrix of William Gregg of Ilkeston, Derbyshire, only son of Francis Gregg; (2) Mary Gregg of St Andrew Holborn, Middlesex, widow, Thomas Gregg and Joseph Gregg of Clements Inn, Middlesex, gents., Benjamin Gregg of the Middle Temple, London, gent., and Francis Gregg of Clements Inn, Middlesex, gent, executors of the last will and testament of Thomas Gregg, citizen and Pewterer of London, gent., and (3) Thomas Harris of St Giles in the Fields, Middlesex, gent., and Robert Southam of the Inner Temple, London, gent., reciting a deed dated 1 August 1664 an assignment of a term of years to various parties including Thomas Gregg, deceased, of the messuage known as Roch Court and lands, Hampshire, in trust for Francis Gregg, deceased, and being an assignment by (1) to (3) of the property (endorsed: 'Assignement from Legh & al[iis] to Harris & Southam. 5o July 1693').
