Indenture made between (1) Thomas Bromfeild of the Inner Temple, London, gent.,and Christopher Davenport of New Inn, Middlesex, esq., and (2) Hugh Chamberlen of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, esq.,reciting a deed of 16 December 1684, which itself recited a lease dated 25 October 30 Chas. II, 1678, made by Chamberlen as executor of Elizabeth Walden to Thomas Singleton of a messuage in North Faraham, Hampshire, and lands [details given], parcel of the manor of Roch Court, being an assignment of the residue of a term of 99 in the same property by (1) and (2) to (3) and (4), and being an assignment by (1) to (2)of the property in trust.
