Indenture tripartite made between (1) Thomas Brocas of Barraper [Beaurepaire], Hampshire, esq.; (2) Sir William Gardiner, baronet, and Dame Jane his wife, and (3) Sir Edward Evelyn of Long Ditton, Surrey, knight, and Richard Downing of London, gent., being a deed to lead the uses of a fine to be levied by (1) in favour of (3) concerning the manor of North Fareham alias Roach Court (except Males, in the parish of Wickham or Fareham, Hampshire).
