Nine leaves from an old ledger book of the church of St. Mary, York (formerly in Hatton library), of which the last four, written by a second hand, are numbered by a 15th cent. hand, 55, 56, 59, 60, having several grants entered upon them, including: (w) Alan de Folifeld with the consent of Juetta his wife grants to the abbey of St. Mary, York, in frankalmoigne, one "mansura" in Lemyng and a croft adjacent, containing 2 1/2 acres; being that land which Hugh Fannel sometime held in Lemyng, and which Guihumar, the grandfather of Juetta, gave to the said abbey.

Nine leaves from an old ledger book of the church of St. Mary, York (formerly in Hatton library), of which the last four, written by a second hand, are numbered by a 15th cent. hand, 55, 56, 59, 60, having several grants entered upon them, including: (yy) Thomas, the parson of Acastre, grants to the church of St. Mary, York, with his body for buria, the whole of a third part of 12 acres of land in the territory of Acastr' in Raynaldridyng, which he had by the gift of John Malebys ; and likewise the third part of all the land which he has there by the gift of the said John in augmentation.

Carta Isabellae de Cressy confirmans Rogero de Begevile tenementum in villis de Winterton et Somertone, faciendo homagio capitalibus dominis feodi. [temp. Edw. I.]
