Nine leaves from an old ledger book of the church of St. Mary, York (formerly in Hatton library), of which the last four, written by a second hand, are numbered by a 15th cent. hand, 55, 56, 59, 60, having several grants entered upon them, including: (x) Ribald, brother of the Earl, grants to Stephen, the abbot, and monks of St. Mary, York, in frankalmoigne, four carucates of land in Briniston; also he quit-claims to Geoffrey, the abbot, and monks of York one of those carucates of land which pertains to Briniston near Dunsam, between Sueneby and Briniston (imperfect).
