Daventry, The Mills. Nicholas, prior, &c., of D⟨aventry⟩ quit-claims to Roger the miller the tithes of their three mills in D⟨aventry⟩ which he held from them, namely, one windmill and two water-mills, of which one is called Middilmilne and the other Cuttulemilne. Rent: 12d. Roger quit-claims his right in any suit of two mills—one horse-mill and one water-mill, which they held; the former in their courtyard, the latter in the lower stock-pond. He further quit-claims his right in their wood called Armele, and is to pay 6d. for the tithes of his windmill which he holds from Walter fitz-Simon, lord of D⟨aventry⟩ in Drayton .
