John Neel grants to D⟨aventry⟩ in free-alms ½ acre of land in D⟨aventry⟩ , lying over Suthbrok under Hauton hill between the prior’s land on the west and the land late of William Randolf on the east. In exchange John receives two roods of arable land under Ryehill between his own land on the west and that of Simon le Champiun on the east. Witnesses: Sir Robert Fitz-Walter lord of D⟨aventry⟩ , John fitz Philip , Master William of Drayton , Baldwin le Champiun , Thomas de pistrino , Robert le Werrour , Simon de aula . ⟨29 Sept. 1287.⟩
