Daventry, Drayton, Norton, and Staverton. Robert lord of Tinggrith , son of Sir Walter of D⟨aventry⟩ , quit-claims to Peter, prior, &c., of D⟨aventry⟩ and the almoner his right in 2 acres of land which Richard the tailor of D⟨aventry⟩ gave to the said almoner in free alms: 5 roods lie together over Mixene forlong by the land of Geoffrey Gamel and 1 rood over Teneacres in Drayton: ½ acre in the west field of D⟨aventry⟩, by the grantor’s windmill. Witnesses: John of Branfeld of Trop by D⟨aventry⟩ , John his son, John le Werreur of Draytone by D⟨aventry⟩ , Geoffrey Gamel of the same, Geoffrey le porter of the same, Thomas Baudewine of D⟨aventry⟩ , Geoffrey de aula of the same, Simon of Neubolde of the same, Geoffrey le porter of D⟨aventry⟩ . ⟨1289–1291.⟩
