Reassignment. Beaurepaire (Hampshire), Bullesdens (Hampshire). 14 Chas. II. Sept. 21, 1662. Indenture made between (1) Richard Brocas of St. Andrew Holborn, Middlesex, gent., and Pexall Brocas of Titchfield, Hampshire, gent., and (2) Adyell Baynard of Basingstoke, Hampshire, Doctor of Divinity, and Francis Wingfield of Grays Inn, Middlesex, esq., and Edmund Brockett of Bramley, Hampshire, gent., being a reassignment by Pexall Brocas, with the consent of Richard Brocas to (2) of a term of years in in the manor and mansion house of Beaurepaire, and Bullsden cum Bentworth, Hampshire, according to the conditions of the previous assignment dated 20 September 1662 (signed and sealed by Richard Brocas and Pexall Brocas).

Indenture made between (1) Ithamar Mill, administratrix of Adiell Baynard, D.D., late rector of Newtontony, Wilts, and Pexall Brocas of Titchfeilde, Hampshire, and (2) Edward Evelyn of Long Ditton, Surrey, esq., and Abraham Downing of St. Clement Danes, Middlesex, serjeant skinner to the King, assignment by Ithamar Mill, under direction of Pexall Brocas, to (2) of a term of years in a messuages and lands in Sherborne St John, Basing and Bramley, Hampshire (signed and sealed by Ithamar Mill and Pexall Brocas).

Indenture made between (1) Sir Edward Evelyn of Long Ditton, Surrey, knight, and Robert Pococke of Long Ditton, clerk, and (2) Sir William Gardiner, baronet and Dame Jane his wife, being a declaration of trust relating to a previous mortgage of lands in the parish of Sherborne St John, Hampshire to (1) (signed and sealed by all parties).

Indenture made between (1) Sir Edward Evelyn of Long Ditton, Surrey, knight, and Robert Pococke of Long Ditton, clerk, and (2) Sir William Gardiner, baronet and Dame Jane his wife, being a declaration of trust relating to a previous mortgage of lands in the parish of Sherborne St John, Hampshire to (1) (signed and sealed by all parties).

Indenture made between (1) Sir Brocas Gardner [Gardiner] of Roch Court in the parish of Fareham, Hampshire, and (2) Jasper Gast [Goast] of Sherborne St John, Hampshire, being a lease for 21 years by (1) to (2) of Cranes Farm, situated by the highway from Pamber to Sherborne St John, Hampshire (signed and ?sealed by Jasper Goast).

Indenture made between (1) Dame Jane Gardiner of St. Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, widdow, (2) Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, baronet, son and heir of Dame Jane, and (3) Bernard Gardiner, Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford, gent., being a release from (1) to (2) of lands in Sherborne St John alias East Sherbourne and West Sherbourne, Bramley, Pamber, Tadley Mortimer and Basing, Hampshire, from which (2) will pay (3) an annuity during the life of (1) (signed and sealed by Jane Gardiner, ?Sir Brocas Gardiner and Bernard Gardiner).

Indenture made between (1) David Moris of St. James, Westminster, Middlesex, and Dame Jane Gardiner alias Jane Moris, the wife of David Moris, and (2) Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roche Court, Hampshire, baronet, reciting the release of 1 September 1692, being a release of £15 per annum during the life of Dame Jane by (1) to (2) (signed and sealed by David Moris and Jane Gardiner).

Peninngton, yeoman of Little Brickhill, Buckinghamshire, sell to Peter Hussey, of Lincoln's Inn, Thomas Webb, Thomas and George Mynn of Epsom, Surrey, the twelfth part of the manor, advowson, and premises of Steventon ('in twelve parts to be divided').

Recognizance in £2,600 of Oliver Brocas of North Farham, Hampshire, and Richard Brocas of the parish of St. Paul's Covent Garden, Middlesex, to Simon Benett of Beachhampton, Buckinghamshire, relating to being a mortage by Oliver Brocas and Richard Brocas to Benett of the manor of North Farham alias Roch Court, with the manor house called Roch Court and lands in North Farham, Hampshire (signed and sealed by Oliver Brocas, Richard Brocas, ?Simon Benett, J. Indenture made between (1) Adyell Baynard of Barclow, Cambridgeshire, doctor of Divinity, and (2) Sir William Gardiner of London, baronet, noting that Baynard had delivered to Gardiner three trunks and a cabinet containing the deeds relating to the estate of Thhomas Brocas late of Beaurepiare, Hampshire, deceased, grandfather to Dame Jane Gardiner, the wife of Sir William Gardiner as heir at law of Thomas Brocas (excepting a lease for 500 years by Thomas Brocas to Anthony Abdy late alderman of London of the manor of Barraper and Bullesdens cum Bentworth and other lands; being a covenant to save harmless from (2) to (1) in consideration of the delivery of the deeds (signed by A Baynard).

Indenture made between (1) Thomas Brocas of Beaureper, Hampshire, esq., and (2) Richard Carpenter of Fareham, Hampshire, yeoman, being a lease by (1) to (2) of a messuage called Blakes and lands, all in the tithing of North Fareham within parish of Fareham (signed by Carpenter).

Indenture made between (1) Oliver Brocas of North Farham alias Roch Court, Hampshire, gent., Richard Brocas of St Paul Covent Garden, Middlesex, gent., and Charles Fox, citizen and Leatherseller of London and (2) Thomas Evans, citizen and Vintner of London, relating to the manor house called Roch Court; lands and messuages, including a messuage called Blakes, all parcel of the manor of North Fareham alias Roche Court, also with common of pasture on South Farham common, being the release of the interest of Charles Fox in the lands to Thomas Evans (signed and sealed by Oliver Brocas, Richard Brocas and Charles Fox).
