Reassignment. Beaurepaire (Hampshire), Bullesdens (Hampshire). 14 Chas. II. Sept. 21, 1662. Indenture made between (1) Richard Brocas of St. Andrew Holborn, Middlesex, gent., and Pexall Brocas of Titchfield, Hampshire, gent., and (2) Adyell Baynard of Basingstoke, Hampshire, Doctor of Divinity, and Francis Wingfield of Grays Inn, Middlesex, esq., and Edmund Brockett of Bramley, Hampshire, gent., being a reassignment by Pexall Brocas, with the consent of Richard Brocas to (2) of a term of years in in the manor and mansion house of Beaurepaire, and Bullsden cum Bentworth, Hampshire, according to the conditions of the previous assignment dated 20 September 1662 (signed and sealed by Richard Brocas and Pexall Brocas).
