James Thurgore of Acton (Aketon), William Sheldrake of Sudbury, Gilbert Wareyne, John Bryan, Robert Longe, and Robert Parteryche of Acton (Aketon), demise to Ann Freman, late wife of John Freman of Hartest (Hertest), James Ward, James Sped, John Ward of Shimpling (Shymplyng), and William Cokshed of Hartest (Hertest), one messuage, 7 acres of land, one rood of wood, and 6d. rent in the village of Acton (Aketon).
