Dec. 13, 1660. Indenture made between (1) John Thorner of Beaureper, Hampshire, and Jane his wife, formerly wife of Robert Brocas late of Bewreper, esq., deceased, and Bernard Brocas of Bewreper, son and heir of Robert by Jane and (2) Edward Evelyn of Long Ditton, Surrey, esq., and Henry Slingsby of the Strand, Middlesex, esq., and (3) Robert Ley of London, gent., and Thomas Aram of parish of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, gent., being a covenant or agreement that the fine and recovery concerning lands in Bewreper alias Beawrepar, Bullesden, Bramley, Basing, Sherborne St John and Pamber, Hampshire, is confirmed (signed by Bernard Brocas).

Indenture made between (1) John Thorner of Brambly, Hampshire, gent., and Jane his wife and (2) Christopher Clifford of Pamber, Hampshire, bricklayer, and John Gosling of Pamber, Hampshire, husbandman, being a lease from (1) to (2) of lands in Pamber and Bramley [details given] (marks of Christopher Clifford and John Gosling).

Release. Bramley (Hampshire), Sherborne St John (Hampshire). 2 Geo. I. Nov. 26, 1715. Indenture made between (1) Richard Downing of East Malling, Kent, gent. (son and heir of Abraham Downing late of the parish of St. Clement Danes, Middlesex, Serjeant Skinner to his late Majesty Charles II, deceased, and (2) Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, baronet, being a release by (1) to (2) of lands in Bramley and Sherborne St John, Hampshire (signed by Richard Downing).

Grant. East Hoe (Hampshire), Broxhead (Hampshire). 29 Ed. I. Dec. 8, 1300. Grant by John de Roches of half the manor of Hou [East Hoe?] to Roger Launcelevee and Joan his wife, for their lives, in exchange for those tenements at Broxhead which Roger de Hou, grandfather of John de Roches, once held.
