Declaration of Dame Margaret Brocas & George Baynard concerning the manor of Roch Court in Hampshire. Roche Court (Hampshire). 9 Chas. 1. Jul. 1, 1633. Indenture made between (1) George Baynard of Basingstoke, Hampshire, gent., and (2) Dame Margaret Brocas widdow, late wife of Sir Pexall Brocas of Little Brickhill, Buckinghamshire, deceased, being a covenant by (1) to (2) concerning the manor of North Farham alias Roch Court, Hampshire and messuages and lands in North Farham, Wickham and Tichfeild, reciting an indenture of 19 Feb 8 Chas. I made between Thomas Brocas of Beaurepaire, Hampshire, son of Dame Margaret, and Dame Margaret and George Baynard, to which corrections are made (signed by Margaret Brocas and George Baynard).
