Quitclaim from Johanna Kenne (formerly wife of Henry atte More) to William Brocas, for portions of Beaurepaire Park, which Sir Bernard Brocas had from Henry and Johanna atte More, in Shireborne St John, Bromley, and Pamber called Horselese, Heyehalewyk, Brodehalewyk, le Holemour and Fyssheweremed.

Memoranda of deeds (lease, final concord, also note of rents due and exchange, perhaps relating to a case brought by Johanna) made between Bernard Brocas, esq., and Johanna Kenne (formerly wife of Henry atte More), Henry and Johanna atte More, in Shireborne St John, Bromley, and Pamber called Horselese, Heyehalewyk, Brodehalewyk, le Holemour and Fyssheweremed, also le Brodemed and a tenement called Piperwhites in Bromley, and an exchange of a croft called Stokebryggeslond.

Grant. Beaurepaire Park (Hampshire). 18 Hen. VI. Aug. 1, 1440. Grant by John, son of Thomas Shirfeld, late of Bromeley, to William Brocas, of Le Hyghfeld which 'now lies' within Beaurepaire Park, and was close to Fishwermede.

Quitclaim. Beaurepaire Park (Hampshire). 18 Hen. VI. Aug. 4, 1440. Quitclaim by William Brocas to John Shirfeld for the rent he used to receive from him for Sherfeldesland, in exchange for Le Hyghfeld in Beaurepaire.

Lease. Beaurepaire Park (Hampshire), Bramley (Hampshire), Pamber (Hampshire). 7 Chas. I. April 18, 1631. Indenture made between (1) Thomas Brocas of Beaureper, Hampshire, esq., and (2) Barnard Harrington of Bramley, Hampshire, yeoman, being a lease of lands in Beaureper Park in pars. Bramley and Pamber, and land in Bramley [details given].

Lease. Beaurepaire Park (Hampshire), Bramley (Hampshire). 15 Chas. I. Oct. 3, 1639. Indenture made between (1) Robert Brocas of Beaurepaire, Hampshire, esq., and (2) Barnard Payce of Bramley, Hampshire, yeoman, being a lease of a messuage and lands adjoining Beaurepaire Park; lands called Englefield alias Tannery; land in Beaurepaire Park and another plot of land, all in Bramley, Hampshire (mark of Barnard Payce).

Deed to lead the uses of a fine. Beaurepaire (Hampshire), Bullesdens (Hampshire), Bramley (Hampshire), Basing (Hampshire), Sherborn St John (Hampshire), Pamber (Hampshire), Beaurepaire Park (Hampshire). 12 Chas. II. Nov. 6, 1660. Indenture made between (1) John Thorner of Bewreper, Hampshire, esq., and Jane his wife, formerly wife of Robert Brocas late of Bewreper, esq., deceased, and Bernard Brocas of Bewreper, son and heir of Robert by Jane and (2) Edward Evelyn of Long Ditton, Surrey, esq., and Henry Slingsby of the Strand, Middlesex, esq., and (3) Robert Ley of London, gent., and Thomas Aram of parish of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, gent., being a deed to lead the uses of a fine concerning lands in Bewreper alias Beawrepar, Bullesden, Bramley, Basing, Sherborne St John and Pamber, Hampshire, being parcel of the park of Beaurepaire (signed by John Thorner, Jane Thorner, Barnard Brocas).

Counterpart of a lease by Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roche Court, Hampshire, to Christmas Hewett of Sherborne St John, Hampshire, of Cranes Farm, by the highway from Pamber to Sherborne St John, for 7 years from 29 September 1734 (see MS. D. D. Brocas 315 for the counterpart).

Lease by Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roche Court, Hampshire, to Christmas Hewett of Sherborne St John, Hampshire, of Cranes Farm, by the highway from Pamber to Sherborne St John, for 7 years from 29 September 1734 (see MS. D. D. Brocas 314 for the lease).
