Indenture made between (1) John Thorner of Bewreper, Hampshire, esq., and Jane his wife, formerly wife of Robert Brocas late of Bewreper, esq., deceased, and Bernard Brocas of Bewreper, son and heir of Robert by Jane and (2) Edward Evelyn of Long Ditton, Surrey, esq., and Henry Slingsby of the Strand, Middlesex, esq., and (3) Robert Ley of London, gent., and Thomas Aram of parish of St Clement Danes, Middlesex, gent., being a deed to lead the uses of a fine concerning lands in Bewreper alias Beawrepar, Bullesden, Bramley, Basing, Sherborne St John and Pamber, Hampshire, being parcel of the park of Beaurepaire (signed by John Thorner, Jane Thorner, Barnard Brocas).
