Indenture made between (1) Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, baronet, and (2) Robert Adams of the parish of Fareham, Hampshire, yeoman, being a lease for 11 years by (1) to (2) of a messuage and lands in the manor of Roche Court and for 1 year, of copyhold premises in the manor [details given]. Sealed by Robert Adams, who made his mark. Endorsed with an indenture dated 11 August 11 Geo. I [1724] , made between (1) Sir Brocas Gardiner of Roch Court, Hampshire, baronet, and (2) Thomas Gover of North Fareham, Hampshire, yeoman, being a lease for 1 year and 7 years of property formerly leased to Robert Adams (signed and sealed by Thomas Govar).
