Indenture made between (1) Henry, duke of Beaufort, Henry, earl of Portland and Elizabeth, countess of Portland, and (2) Sir Brocas Gardiner of London, baronet, being a lease for 14 years by (1) to (2) of the rectory and parsonage of Whipstrode, in parish of Titchfield or Fareham, Hampshire, with glebe lands, tithes and other profits and emoluments (signed by the duke of Beaufort, earl of Portland and countess of Portland).
