Indenture made between Dame Margaret Brocas, widow of Sir Pexall Brocas deceased, and Thomas Brocas of Beaurepaire, Hampshire, and Elizabeth his wife, and Anthony Abdye [or Abdie] of London, Alderman, following a bargain and sale and fine relating to the manor of Little Brickhill, with lands belonging to the manor in Buckinghamshire [Little Brickhill, Great Brickhill, Bow Brickhill] and Bedfordshire [Potsgrave] and ten acres of Woodworth in Potsgrave [Bedfordshire], confirmation of the fine.

Indenture made between (1) Barnard Payce of Bromley, Hampshire, yeoman, (2) Nicholas Gardner of Shirborne St John, Hampshire, yeoman, and George Herne of Basingstoke, Hampshire, and (3) Richard Gates, of Basingstoke, shoemaker; bargain and sale by (1) to (2), 45s annual rent from land in Basingstoke called the Stewes, and a messuage called Vinables alias Viables with lands and appurtenances(signed by (1) and (2)).
