B. senior; also 5 roods of meadow late of Edward Porter , and 12d. of rent in Throp by D⟨aventry⟩ from the tenement which Richard Falclyff holds. Henry Perkyn of Southam and Matilda his wife have made John Hayewode of D⟨aventry⟩ their attorney to give Thomas Nassyngtone, clerk, Thomas Everdone of Snottescombe and John Yrmonger of D⟨aventry⟩ seisin in their messuage in D⟨aventry⟩ over Cornhulle between the messuage of Nicholas West and that of William Stavertone , with 4½ acres of arable land in D⟨aventry⟩ and Drayton; and to deliver seisin to the same of another messuage in D⟨aventry⟩ in le Swyneschepyng, which the grantors have for the life of Johanna late the wife of John Rede of N⟨orton⟩ . Thomas Nassyngton quit-claims to John Yronmonger of D⟨aventry⟩ his right in a messuage in D⟨aventry⟩ in Swyneschepyng, which Richard Style now inhabits, and which with the reversion of the same after the death of Joan Rede , widow of John Rede of Norton , he held with the late T⟨homas⟩ E⟨verdon⟩ of S⟨nottescumbe⟩ and J⟨ohn⟩ I⟨remongere⟩ of the gift [as above].
