Peter, prior of D⟨aventry⟩ , and rector of Cold Essebi , remits to the abbot and c. of Pipewell £3. 6. 0 out of £4. 10. 0 rent for tithes of corn and hay of the lordship, and 3 virgates of land belonging to Pipewell in Coldehasseby, in return for the grant of a part by Pipewell to Augustine le Waleys of Suthrigge and Maud his wife, for their lives.
