Adam de Brochole, chaplain, John de pistrino of D⟨aventry⟩ and Richard Gunnyls of Staverton, chaplain, quit-claim to Robert Bateman of D⟨aventry⟩ and Matilda his wife, their right in a house with curtilage adjoining in D⟨aventry⟩ in le Netherende, between John le Wheelwrihte ’s land and that of the monks: 24 feet in breadth, and in length reaching from the high-road to the monks’ wall, which the said R.
