Drayton. John Deye of D⟨aventry⟩ , chaplain, and Robert Rose grant to Peter, prior, &c., of D⟨aventry⟩ all the land in D⟨aventry⟩ and Drayton which they had of the gift of John Snow of D⟨aventry⟩ and Thomas Roberd of the same, viz. (i) 4 strips of the gift of J⟨ohn⟩ S⟨now⟩ in the east field of D⟨aventry⟩ —two lying by the Redewell over le Middelfurlong, between the land late of Agnes Martyn of Welton and that late of Robert Fyscher of Drayton ; and two reach to Tunslade, between the land of the said Agnes, and that of Alice Cumfray ; (ii) ½ an acre in Drayton of the gift of Thomas, lying over le Rowfurlong by the land of Roger of D⟨aventry⟩ ; (iii) a rent of 3/- which they had of the gift of John le Warde of Westhaddon . For 30 years. Given at D⟨aventry⟩ .
