Lease. Roche Court (Hampshire). 1656, Sept. 10. Indenture made between (1) Oliver Brocas of Roch Court alias North Farham, Hampshire, gent., and (2) Thomas Hinxman of the town of North Farham, yeoman, being a lease of (1) to (2) of that part of the manor house of Roch Court in parish of North Farham [details given] and lands, with half the profits of coppice wood or underwood, Oliver Brocas to receive the other half, with common of pasture on South Fareham common, and copyhold lands and closes in South Fareham, Oliver Brocas reserving the right to hold courts for the manor in the manor house (signed and sealed by Thomas Hinxman).
