Release. Roche Court (Hampshire). 18 Chas. II. July 21, 1666. Indenture tripartite made between (1) John Brocas of North Farham alias Roch Court, Hampshire, gent., (2) John Gregge citizen and Apothecary of London and Henry Doble citizen and Merchant Taylor of London; and (3) Francis Gregge of Clements Inn, Middlesex, gent., being the release of the equity of redemption relating to the conveyance of lands [details given] in the manor of North Farham alias Rotch [Roch or Roach] Court, Hampshire, with common of pasture on South Farham heath, Hampshire, by (1) to (2) in trust for (3) (signed and sealed by John Brocas) (endorsed: The Indenture which Mr John Brocas Releases the Equity of Redemption unto Mr Francis Gregge and Henry Doble for his lands at Roach Courte).
