Sir John de Scures and others, having obtained from John de Borhunte, heir of Sir John de Borhunte, the reversion of Sir John's five manors of Borhunte, Henton, Hanyton, Aedmundesthrop, and Prallingworth, after the death of Mary, wife of Sir Bernard Brocas, the tenant for life, covenant against any disturbance of Sir Bernard and Mary Brocas during their tenure.
