Power of attorney from Edward Prickett of Thame, gent., Giles Prickett of the same, gent., and John Prickett of Brill, gent., to Robert Stratford, of the University of Oxford, schoolmaster, and John Walton, clerk to James Gilpin Esq., to surrender at the next Court, the lands which they had by lease granted at the Court Baron of Worton (12. Dec. 1753) viz: one messuage and a yard-land, late held by Thomas Gilbert for life, as they have contracted with Richard Baker of Cassington for £259 to have these lands leased to him. 8 May 1756.
