Nicholas, called the Horse Close (now held by the said William) [except all wood underwood and growing trees]. For 20 years. Rent: 40/-. 2 Aug. ⟨1547.⟩ (ii) A grant (Latin) appointing for life David ap Robert, yeoman, their bailiff, collector of rents, and ruler of all their possessions temporal and spiritual in Staffordshire, Worcestershire and Montgomeryshire, after the death of William Coxe , now possessed of the office.
