Exemplification of the sentence against William Adkyns , in the cause of the meadow. Thomas Hudson gentleman brought an action of Ejection against W. A. for 120 acres of meadow which had been leased to him (on Sept. 30, 15 Chas. II) by Ch. Ch. for 8 years. Concerning 42 of those acres he won his case, receiving 2d. damages and 40/- costs.
