18 Aug. ⟨1554.⟩ Lease to Christopher Skennington of Cavershed . Whereas the abbey of Nollye [Nutley, Bucks.] leased the rectory of Caversham to William Rolte, sergeant-at-arms (23 Dec. 1535), for 66 years at £18, Ch. Ch. now lease it to C. S. for 50 years, after the end of the said 66 years. Same rent. Reserving to themselves timber and underwood. Bucks, ch. 41 is the lease of 23 Dec. 1535.
