Sentence of the official of Lincoln diocese in a suit of spoliation of the tithes at Scaldeford, at the instance of the prior &c. of D⟨aventry⟩ , against Robert Garton, rector of Waltham , his brother and others, condemning them to pay 6/- damages and 5 marks less a penny for expenses. Given at Lincoln. 1385. ⟨18 May.⟩
