Cold-Ashby. William the skinner and Agnes his wife grant to D⟨aventry⟩ in free alms a cottage and a plot of land in Cold Essebi by the grange of the prior and convent towards the east. Witnesses: Sir Adam vicar of Cold Esseby , Adam fitz-Walter of the same, Walter a la Warre of the same, Roger ad fontem of the same, and Adam le Mundevylle of the same. ⟨c. 1280–90.⟩
