Daventry, Drayton, Norton, and Staverton. Nicholas Flecknowe of D⟨aventry⟩ , husbandman, grants to Nicholas Catesby, esq., Edward Newenham , William Lane of Orlingbere , William Staverton , and Thomas Graunte, gent., (i) a cottage with a garden adjacent in D⟨aventry⟩ , between the prior’s tenement on the west, and that of Nicholas Welby on the east; (ii) 3 half acres in Staverton—one acre above Strutboroughe between the prioress of Catesby’s land and that of Thomas Bradele (?), and ½ an acre above Rowdone between Richard Heddon ’s land and that of John Strychenall .
