Thomas le Eyr of Falewesle grants to D⟨aventry⟩ in free-alms 5 acres 1 rood in D⟨aventry⟩ , which he bought from John Neel viz. 1 acre in the east field by the land of John de pistrino abutting into Thropwye: 1½ acres in the north field, by the land of Simon Baudewyne , and 1½ acres in the same by the land of Simon Neuwebolde : one acre in the same over Foxholes ‘siue Chonic” [? = conigeram, a warren] by the land of the prior: — rood in the same shot by the prior’s land. Witnesses: Sir John of D⟨aventry⟩ , Simon de aula , Geoffrey de aula , S[imon] [Bau]dewyne of D⟨aventry⟩ , John le Werrour . [Torn.] ⟨c. 1300–1320.⟩
