Walter fitz-Robert lord of D⟨aventry⟩ quit-claims to D⟨aventry⟩ , &c., his right in a wall behind their ‘vivaria’ in D⟨aventry⟩ . It extends from his ‘cultura’ behind his ‘vivaria’ to the house which a certain Bertram once held from the monks in the same vill in le Netherend. The monks may also enclose a certain road in D⟨aventry⟩ between their granges and their garden, extending from the high-road to their Hospital. Witnesses: John fitz-Philip of D⟨aventry⟩ , Simon de aula of the same, Richard le Warde of the same, Robert Waleys , John Godchep , William the porter , Robert le Werrour . ⟨c. 1310–20.⟩
