Indenture by which Richard son and heir of the late Robert de Neubolde in D⟨aventry⟩ with the consent of John fitz-Philip his lord, and with the good-will of Adam of Berkeswelle and Agnes his wife, mother of the grantor, releases to Peter, prior of D⟨aventry⟩ , in free alms, a certain part of his ditch in D⟨aventry⟩ between his curtilage and the court of the said prior, &c., viz. from the court of John Neel which John Wyleys used to hold to the angle of my curtilage by my croft, in order that they may make a wall there. Witnesses: Simon de aula in D⟨aventry⟩ , Geoffrey de aula of the same, Robert Waleys , Robert le Werrour , Thomas le Barkere . ⟨1289–c. 1300.⟩
