Nicholas, bp. of Kildare, grants that all penitents who solicit the [grace] of Holy Mother Church and of the kingdom of England at the altar of St. Mary, St. Bridget, and All Saints, praying for the safety of the Lady Ela, countess of Warwick, while she is alive, and for her soul when she is dead, as well as those who offer other prayers, and those who serve the altar, shall receive an indulgence of 40 days. ⟨15 Sept.⟩ 1272.
