Seal: That on the left is a pointed oval, 1 1/2 inches by 1 inch A half-lenght figure of an abbot, a crosier in the right hand, its head pointing outwards, the left hand across the breast, head bare Legend: ‘SIGILLVM ABBATIS DE TAMA’Seal: The middle seal is of the same shape and dimensions A nude figure, apparently an oval gem to which has been added the inscription. Legend: ‘SIGILLVM ROGERI PRIORIS ABBENDON’Seal: The third seal is circular, 1 1/2 inches in diameter An open book with a candlestick on the right of it Legend: ‘SIGILL' MAGISTRI T[HO]ME’Record Sources
