Icklingham (Ickingham). 1713. Copy of court roll. Surrender by Joseph Sharpe, gent., of 3 pieces of villein land (described) which he had had on surrender by his father Joseph Sharpe on 13 Oct. 1671, to use of Thomas Peirson, gent. and June, his wife, daughter of the Joseph (?), as in indenture between Joseph Sharpe of Retford(?) (and Jane, of same, spinster) and William Peirson of Middleton (Middleton, Norfolk), gent., and James Barker of Shropham, esq., Michael Colvile of Inner Temple, esq., Robert Purland of East Walton, clerk, Richard Baylis of London, (?) and Thomas Peirsin of Wisbech, gent. (son of William). Dated: Thursday 22 Oct., 12 Anne.
