Higham (Higham etc). 1321. Release from Hugh le Couherde of Higham (Heyham), to John Fych of the same, of 2d. yearly rent, which the said Hugh once acquired from Stephen Hunderwode, payable from half an acre of land, in the field called 'le Douns', which the said Hugh has sold to the said John. Dated at Higham (Heyham), Sunday, the feast of Pentecost, 14 Ed. II [7 June, 1321]. Witnesses: John Passelewe, Thomas son of Thomas, Robert Passelew, Roger Robbe, Richard Atemonkes, and others. The seal is wanting.
