Letters patent of Queen Elizabeth, dated 24 March, 33rd of her reign (1591), inrolling a lease made 24 February, 31 Elizabeth (1589), between Henry, earl of Huntingdon, of the one part, and Hugh Hare of the Inner Temple of the other part, witnessing that in consideration of the sum of £6000 the said earl grants to farm the manors of Aller and Aller Chauntrie with the advowson &c., for 99 years, at an annual rent of £20.
