BERMETON, &o. John, son of the King, constable of England, warden of East March towards Scotland in pursuance of a grant by him by letters patent to Thomas Boteler of all his lands, tenements, &c. in the bishopric Durham, in the villages of Bermeton, Bisshopton, Newebyggyng, Little Staynton, and Hedley appoints Sir William Fulthorp, kt., and John Nonwyk, esq., his attorneys to deliver seisin of the same. Dated at the castle of Werkeworth, 14 May, 1 Hen. V.
