Indenture made between Katherine, countess of Huntingdon, late wife of Francis, earl of Huntingdon, deceased, and Thomas Ffanshawe, esq., by which she the said Katherine grants to the said Thomas the whole of the lordship and manor of Ware to hold the same for ever at an annual rent of £80. Dated 21 June, 18 Q. Elizabeth.
