Indenture made 1 James I, by which 12 May, Michael, son and heir of Thomas Dalton , deceased, covenants to deliver to sir Robert Cecill, knyght, secretary to the court of Wards, and Cuthbert Pepper, esq., surveyor of the same, an indenture containing a list of all the lands, tenements, &c., which came to the said Michael, and of which he intends to take possession, by reason of a general livery.
