Memorandum of an agreement made on the morrow of St. Clement, 1259, between the abbot and convent of Oseney and sir Reginald, son of Peter , by which they mutually bind themselves to remit all actions moved between them in the King's court with the exception of a question concerning the mills of Swereford, with liberty to the abbey to collect the tithes freely; in return, Reginald and his wife Alice are received to the benefit of prayers. Dated St. Andrew's day.
