Sir Robert de Grendon, kt., quit-claims to William de Wythull and Alan de Sutton, clerk, that plot of land with the oak, containing 5 ft. in breadth and 100 ft. in length, which lies near his marlpit between the croft of William the forester , and the drove which leads from the village of Fulverdel to the village of Little Stonhale.
