Walter, son of Agnes Blacsalt , grants to Roger, son of Baldwin of Grennam , the whole of that land and all that belongs to it, lying between Cart street ("viam bige") and the land of John de Ponte in the parish of St. Thomas the martyr, in Stocwellestrate in the suburb of Oxford. (c. 1240-50.)
