William, the abbot, and convent of Oseney, grant to Giles de Stockwelle an easement of their wall in St. Peter in the east, for the two chambers only which are conjoint to their wall which is between Elmehalle and Blakehalle, for which the said Giles and his heirs undertake to pay annually 4d. (c. 1270-80.)
