Confirmation of Magna Carta by King Henry III, ordering all castles built or rebuilt since the war with K. John to be destroyed. [1217] Sealed by cardinal Guallo, the delegate (whose seal is lost) and earl William Mareschal , the "rector" of the king and kingdom "quia sigillum nondum habuimus."
