OXFORD (St. Mildred). Richard, son of Lawrence, son of Harding , with the assent of Agatha his mother and Robert his brother, confirms to the church and canons of St. Frideswide, in frankalmoigne, the land which his father bought of Roger de Warewyk in the parish of St. Mildred, Oxford, which land lies between the land which Thomas son of Beatrice holds, and the land which Matthew the shoemaker holds, which land William Huse holds of them. (c. 1180-90.)
